My twin flame is in my head. How can I get them out?

Otherwise, if they are your twin, then be sure they are thinking of you, there is an exchange of vibrations between you. It is a kind of telepathy, a means of communication between you. What you see, imagine, and feel while thinking of your twin, is according to the vibrations that they send. You must be aware of and accept these thoughts. As if your twin flame is expressing something to you and you were listening. The main thing, in this case, is clear your energy, it will help you both.
