Writing your thoughts also helps to drive out any “problems” you may have. If a situation or a person have disturbed you, it disappears much more quickly if you express yourself in writing.

Every day, take the time to focus on your ideal future. Even if it’s writing a few sentences about it on your phone. Include the description, such as what you are wearing, whether is it sunny, where are you, who are you with, and what are you drinking or eating.
This corresponds to your energy to invite into your desires. When we continue to focus on what we don’t want or are unhappy with in the here and now, we continue to invite it in the same way.

Choose what appeals to you the most and make it a daily activity. Do a little every day – rather than letting the negativity overwhelm you, only having to do “rescue work” just to get back on top.
