What is a Twin Flame?
A twin
flame is often defined as a soul that is an exact mirror to your own. This
unique connection is said to exist between two people who are reflections of
each other's strengths, weaknesses, light, and shadows. What makes this bond
special is the fact that there is only one in the entire universe that carries
your exact mirror.
A twin
flame is no mere partner but your "perfect mirror" for your inner
self. It is considered the strongest and most intense bonding between souls, as
there are beliefs that the two share the same "soul frequency" or
"soul song." In such situations, twin flames may instantly feel an
overwhelming level of recognition and a strong intensity upon meeting. It is as
if through the eyes of another person, you are staring deep into your soul.
Twin flames
can be described best as "one soul in two bodies." Their profound
connection links them on every conceivable level: emotional, mental, physical,
and spiritual. This connection, though, lays dormant and unknown until the twin
flames first meet.
In the case
of a twin flame meeting, the energies within the bodies start aligning, and
thus, the transformational process starts. This alignment does not happen in a
day; instead, it is something progressive that depends on time and spiritual readiness.
Usually, twin flames meet at an important juncture in life, after which
everything is divided into "before" and "after."
Meeting
one's twin flame has a bigger purpose than just romance or companionship. A
twin flame is supposed to act like a catalyst for self-discovery and growth,
helping an individual remember one's true essence and realign with one's Higher
Self. Meeting one's twin flame is a life-changing experience that can alter the
course of one's life.
