Secrets of Compatibility Between Zodiac Signs and People – Lesson 2

Secrets of Compatibility Between Zodiac Signs and People – Lesson 2

Welcome to our second lesson in this educational series, where we explore how to understand relationships with the people in our lives—whether they are already part of our journey or about to enter it. We’ll also cover how to determine if someone should be welcomed into our lives or not, without hesitation or confusion.

These insights will not only help you navigate new relationships but also strengthen existing ones by resolving weaknesses and improving interactions.

Recap of Lesson 1

In our previous lesson, we introduced the essential steps to studying compatibility in a simple way. Here’s a quick refresher:

  1. Extracting the Astrological Chart – This helps us analyze planetary positions for better understanding.
  2. Identifying Five Key Points – We need to note five essential placements in both charts:
    • Sun
    • Moon
    • Mars
    • Saturn
    • South Node

These five points alone are powerful enough to give us a strong indication of compatibility. However, in today’s lesson, we’ll introduce a sixth key point—the North Node—to deepen our understanding and refine our analysis.

Major Compatibility Red Flags (Big "X" Factors)

In Lesson 1, we discussed five major "X" factors—strong red flags in synastry (relationship astrology). If just one of these appears in your compatibility check, it's a clear sign that the relationship may not work. Some key examples include:

  • Saturn of one person opposing Mars of the other
  • The Sun of one person conflicting with Mars of the other
  • The Moon of one person aligning negatively with the other's Saturn

If any of these red flags are found, the relationship is likely to face significant challenges.

Minor Challenges ("Small X" Factors)

Today, we introduce smaller compatibility issues—aspects that might cause problems but can be worked through if both people are aware and willing to compromise. Examples include:

  • South Node aligning with Saturn – This often leads to long-term relationships with deep karmic ties, but there may be obstacles preventing major commitments like marriage.
  • Saturn affecting the North Node – This can amplify fears, making one partner overly cautious or controlling. However, understanding this can help turn a perceived weakness into strength.
  • Mars and Mars Alignment – If both partners have Mars in the same sign, it can create either intense passion or conflicts due to fiery tempers.

These "small X" factors don’t necessarily mean a relationship is doomed, but they require self-awareness and effort to navigate.

Final Thoughts

By the end of this series, you'll have a 10-step guide for assessing compatibility using astrology. If a big X appears, the relationship might not be advisable. If it’s a small X, awareness and effort can make a difference.

Stay tuned for the next lesson, where we’ll dive deeper into astrological compatibility.
