6 tips for more concentration
Here are some ways to increase the concentration capacities.

1- Look at comfortable and beautiful photos.
The Japanese university Hiroshima did a test on a group of people to see what could increase their concentration, they remark that if someone watches cute photos (cute cat, baby,…), then he wants to do the same work, they discover that he wins more concentration power.
2- Five minutes of chewing gum
This method helps so much in concentration, 5 minutes of chewing gum before studying or doing any work. It will give you more confidence and energy
3-Alternate nostril breathing
Press your thumb down on the right nostril and breathe out gently through the left nostril.
Now breathe in from the left nostril and then press the left nostril gently with the ring finger and little finger. Removing the right thumb from the right nostril, breathe out from the right.
Breathe in from the right nostril and exhale from the left.
Continue inhaling and exhaling from alternate nostrils.
Complete 9 such rounds by alternately breathing through both the nostrils. After every exhalation, remember to breathe in from the same nostril from which you exhaled. Keep your eyes closed throughout and continue taking long, deep, smooth breaths without any force or effort.
4- Let the sunshine
Avoid working in the dark and it is better to have solar lights because it increases the concentration capacity. In general, sun lights have the vitamin D which is so good for your health.
5- Breathing
Some perfumes help in concentration like the odor of lemon, the berry, and the most important is the peppermint.
