How to understand the energy connection?
The Twin flame recognizes the familiarity in the other. It’s not just another person you have just met, your heart remembers something about them.
The essence of this person makes you feel and then think. How did I know this person? Why do I feel like I know them?
Then there are the eyes. There’s this special connection, not just with what we see in them. It’s as if the eyes answered all your questions. The eyes will show all that is hidden.
We may have thought we knew who we are, but there are so many of our “selves” that we deny and/or we keep hidden in the deepest, darkest corner of our minds. And we have forgotten about them. Whether or not intentionally, we play our part in this world by pretending to be someone else.
Realize, accept, appreciate, forgive.
Finally, loving who you really are, is a major shift that changes the way you live and love forever.
You will understand over time that your twin flame helped you find the best version of yourself. No one else has done this before.
At some point, you simply need to understand what is going on, from the first time you get this intense feeling to your inner work for the union. You will certainly think, “What was forcing me to do all this? »
Know that, during the journey of the twin flame towards union, there are many stages or phases.
And when the Runner/Chaser phase comes around, one twin runs, and the other chases. The other is forced to chase because of the shared Chakra. This mutual chakra represents the string that connects the two, which is why the Twin Flames can actually hear the other speak, regardless of the physical distance.
And, by tightening even a little on this string, the twin flames can both feel and experience its vibrations. Now, we all know that since there is an (unbreakable) thread between these two people, they can talk and communicate. Imagine if one of the twins starts running, they will automatically pull very hard on this string and therefore, the other will certainly feel this pull. They have to follow.
As a chaser, you have no choice, because the connection is there (the invisible string or your shared Chakra connects you.) When the runner runs, the other will chase by default. This is why chasers can’t sometimes help themselves and keep chasing.
